These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between RS Clipping, the professional image editing and design service provider, and its clients. They aim to ensure transparency and resolve any potential misunderstandings.

Intellectual Property

All original materials on RS Clipping’s website — including images, graphics, text, buttons, videos, 3D models, and animations — are protected by international copyright laws.

RS Clipping retains full ownership of these materials. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions apply for:

• Personal and non-commercial use.
• Use with proper acknowledgment of RS Clipping’s rights.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, MasterCard, and Visa Card. Currently, we do not offer installment options. Clients must pay in full for the chosen service (photo editing, video editing, 3D modeling, etc.).

Delivery Policy

Once an order is confirmed, our expert team begins working on the project. Standard delivery time is 24–48 hours. For urgent deliveries, clients must request beforehand.

Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction and allow up to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions incur extra charges.

Refunds (up to 80%) are issued only if:

• We fail to meet the agreed requirements.
• We fail to deliver within the promised timeframe.
• RS Clipping cancels the project.

Refunds are not applicable if:

• Clients change requirements midway.
• The final result matches approved samples.
• Clients cancel without valid reasons.

Refunds are processed within 60 working days.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not use RS Clipping services for:

• Illegal or harmful activities.
• Impersonation of individuals or businesses.
• Uploading violent, explicit, or inappropriate content.
• Distributing harmful software, viruses, or scripts.
• Damaging RS Clipping’s reputation.

Copyright

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe any copyrighted work appears on our website, email us at support@rsclipping.com

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or OneDrive for project delivery. Clients are bound by their policies and must review them before use.

Termination

RS Clipping may suspend or terminate accounts without notice in case of policy violation. Clients may close their accounts anytime, but refunds won’t apply in termination cases.

Confidentiality

RS Clipping ensures the confidentiality of client data and projects. Without written consent, we will not disclose client information. We may collect essential details (name, email, etc.) solely for project delivery and support.
